    Ultra Dent Tools, Inc. carries a lifetime warranty against breakage and corrosion on all of our stainless
    steel tools 3/16" diameter and larger. All 1/8" diameter tools, flaretips, and shaved tools come with a
    one year limited warranty. Ultra Dent Tools spring steel tools 3/16" diameter or larger come with a
    lifetime warranty against breakage. Ultra Dent Tools spring steel 5/32", 1/8", .100 and flaretips come
    with a one year limited warranty. Ultra Dent Tools warranty coverage does not cover the misuse of any
    tool. We consider that one-year warranty tools broken after an initial warranty-replacement due to tool
    breakage constitutes tool misuse. Therefore, we only replace one-year-warranty tools one time when
    the replacement is due to tool breakage. All warranty tool replacements require the return of the
    original tool being replaced to an Ultra Dent Tools facility. We fully 100% warranty each tool for
    materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the tool purchased by the original retail purchaser/owner.
    Warranty coverage of any tool or accessory may include replacement, remanufacture or repair of
    warranty-covered item(s) at the discretion of Ultra Dent Tools 

    Light Warranty

    Ultra Dent Tools, Inc. covers all of our light products for one year for materials and workmanship, and
    90 days for all electrical components within our light fixtures, particularly ballasts. All LED lights are
    completely covered for one year.


  • Return Policy
  • All returns must have an RMA#. To obtain an RMA#, please call 951-784-9905. All Return items must
    have the RMA# on the shipping label. Ultra Dent Tools will pay ground shipping costs to send and
    receive warranty returns.

    Ultra Dent Tools, Inc. does not charge a restocking fee fee. Stock PDR tools or accessories can be
    returned for a full refund or credit excluding shipping costs. All products must be returned within
    30 days and must be in original condition. Custom tools cannot be returned.
